I used to write a lot

June 20, 2008

I’m starting to agree with those folks who say that working with computers too much rots your brains. I used to write so much more than I do. I used to write papers fast, really fast. I used to create brilliant outlines - well, I thought they were brilliant - on the fly. I used to get published here and there. I used to have aspirations of writing…I used to run 3 or 4 websites. I used to get linked to a lot. I used to win every argument. Now I’m sloppy…I’m just sloppy. The worst part is, I don’t read as much as I used to. That’s the part I hate. Look at me now, just rambling like I belong on livejournal or something. Adam’s brain - R.I.P

Great Recording of Flack Today

June 15, 2008

I had a lot of fun recording Flack today. The guys (Austin, and Chris) were great, although Austin kept falling asleep toward the end. I’m slowly getting the episodes up on YouTube and Klaxn.com while I reformat a PC. (Austin needs to get the flash player for our site figured out.)

Meanwhile I’m wearing out Band of Horses.

Working on Classical Math 3 At Home Today

June 12, 2008

To make sure that I hit a deadline I’ll be at home working on Logos School Material’s new Classical Math for grade 3. I should be able to get a lot done without the interruptions that seem to happen so often at work. No episode of The State this morning because I’m also not feeling great, so I wanted to rest as much as I could. Geneva has had a cold for a week and I’ve been expecting to catch something but so far I haven’t. I’m off to do a quick installation of memory on some computers at Hall Closet, then back home to get started on Classical Math three.

I will be listening to Band of Horses all day.
